Read Our Consultation FAQ’S

We know planning your garden can come with lots of questions — and we’re here to make things simple! Below you’ll find answers to some of the most common questions about our Plant Consultation service. If you’re still unsure about anything, feel free to get in touch — we’re happy to help.

How long does the consultation go for?

Your consultation is a one-hour session with one of our qualified horticulturists. This focused time is designed to help you move forward with confidence in planning your native garden.

Where are the plant consultants conducted?

At  118 York Road
Mount Evelyn, Victoria
.

Public transport options are limited. We recommend the following if you do wish to take public transport:

How much does the consultation cost?

The cost is $500 — and the best part? It’s fully redeemable on the day when you purchase your plants or place your order with us. Please note, this redemption is only available on the same day as your consultation.

What will I receive from the consultation?

You’ll leave with tailored advice, a custom plant list suited to your garden conditions, and plant recommendations based on native garden design principles. It’s all about giving you clear direction and planting confidence.
